OWNER INFORMATION
PARKING OPTIONS
Following parking options:
a) Monthly Parking – $200 per month.
b) Overnight Parking Only – $150 per month.
PARKING TERMS:
a) The parking fee is payable monthly in advance and is non-refundable.
b) The parking space provided to the Owner is solely for the purpose of parking the specified vehicle.
c) The Owner shall park their vehicle at their own risk, and BIC shall not be responsible
for any damages, theft, or loss incurred while parked in the lot.
d) The Owner agrees not to hold BIC or its employees liable for any incidents that may occur in the parking lot.
GOVERNING LAW:
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Massachusetts, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
